MENTAL WELLBEING SUPPORT

Looking after ourselves can come in many different forms. Here at St Aidan's we believe that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after our physical well being.

Through our commitment to Mental Wellbeing, we encourage an open conversation about our wellbeing in a safe space.

We offer a number of routes for people needing support in this area:

  • Meet with a member of our Pastoral Care Team who can listen and pray for you.
  • More focused Well-being support sessions with a member of our mental well being team consisting of qualified counsellors offering support for more complex issues.
  • Signposting to relevant professionals, agencies and organisations for further specialised support. 

What ever you need to ensure your mental wellbeing, we are here to make sure that you get the care and support that you need.
